For coaches who work with 13–18 year olds

Your coaching doesn't stop when the session ends.

Midweek is a voice-first AI coach that picks up exactly where your last session left off. Your clients talk it through out loud, practise the techniques you taught them, and stay on the topics you've allowed — until you see them again.

We're speaking to coaches now to shape what we build.

A week is a long time when you're fifteen.

The breakthrough happens in the session. The real test happens on a Thursday night, alone, before an exam or after a fight with a friend. That's the gap Midweek fills.

Momentum fades

Techniques learned on Tuesday are half-forgotten by Friday. Practice between sessions is where change sticks — and where it's hardest to support.

You can't be on call

You care about your clients all week, but you can't answer every late-night message — and you shouldn't have to.

Generic AI isn't your coaching

Teens already talk to chatbots. Those don't know your approach, your boundaries or what was said last session — and they're not built for 13–18s.

How it works

One loop, from booking to your next session.

  1. Parents book

Parents choose a time, pay, and set up their teen’s login. Video links go out automatically.

  2. You coach

Run your session as normal. Midweek turns the transcript into a summary of themes, techniques and next steps — which you check and correct.

  3. They talk it through

Between sessions your client talks to Midweek by voice — continuing your topics, practising your techniques, working towards an action they own.

  4. You walk in prepared

Before the next session you get a short briefing. If something needs a human sooner, you’re alerted straight away.

What you get

An extension of your practice — on your terms.

Voice-first, not a chatbot

Teens don’t type paragraphs — they talk. Midweek is built for real spoken conversation, with a choice of voices and accents, and it leaves space to think rather than firing question after question.

You set the boundaries

For each client, choose which topics are open and which stay off-limits until you allow them. Mark techniques as prescribed, available or locked.

Continues your session

Midweek starts from what you actually covered — the themes, the techniques, the next step your client named — so every conversation builds on yours.

Your schedule, in one place

See every upcoming session at a glance. Booking, payments and video links are handled for you, so you can spend the time coaching.

Alerts when it matters

If a conversation needs a human, Midweek hands off and flags it to you as a priority in your coach area — with the context you need to act.

Summaries you can correct

Session notes are drafted for you from the call transcript and matched to your techniques and topics. You stay the editor — nothing goes forward that you haven’t approved.

Everyone in the loop

The right view for coaches, parents and teens.

Coaches

  • Calendar of upcoming sessions
  • Per-client topic and technique controls
  • Pre-session briefings and correctable summaries
  • Priority alerts when a human is needed

Parents

  • Book and pay for sessions online
  • Set up their teen’s login
  • See attendance and whether Midweek is being used
  • Never see conversations — confidentiality comes first

Teens

  • Someone to talk it through with, any time
  • Practise the techniques their coach taught
  • Their own space for materials and session takeaways
  • Leave each chat with an action they chose
Safety by design

Built for young people from the first line.

Midweek is support between sessions — not therapy, and not a replacement for you. It's deliberately constrained, and it knows when to step back.

  • Coaches, doesn’t instruct. It helps young people reach their own answers rather than telling them what to do.
  • Stays inside your lines. Topics you haven’t opened are off the table until you open them.
  • Hands off to a human. When something is beyond coaching, it pauses, offers simple calming steps and alerts you.
  • Private by default. Parents never see transcripts. Teens get takeaways without the emotional detail.
  • Tested against real coaching. We evaluate it against real, anonymised coaching sessions and red-team it with simulated conversations before anyone uses it.
  • Where data lives. Stored in the UK, in London. Turning your voice into text, and text into speech, happens in London too. The AI models that write the coach's replies and run the safety check work within the EU.

We're building this with coaches. Help shape it.

We're looking for coaches who work with 13–18 year olds to tell us what they'd need — and what would make this a no. Coaches who get involved early have a direct say in what we build.

  • A 20-minute conversation, no commitment
  • Early access as places open up
  • A say in what goes in first

Questions coaches ask us

Will it replace me?

No. Midweek only works alongside a real coach. It continues your sessions, follows your boundaries, and hands back to you when a human is needed. Your clients still need you — Midweek makes the time between sessions count.

Who can see what my clients say?

Parents never see conversations. They see attendance and whether Midweek is being used. You see what you need to coach well, including briefings and alerts.

What happens if something serious comes up?

Midweek stops coaching on that topic, offers simple calming steps, points to the right support, and raises a priority alert in your coach area so you can follow up.

Do I have to change how I coach?

No. Run your sessions the way you do now. Midweek learns from what you cover and the techniques you use, and you decide what it’s allowed to work on with each client.

How much will it cost?

We’re shaping pricing with the coaches we talk to. Tell us what would work for your practice in the form above.

When can I use it?

We’re working with a small number of coaches first. Send us your answers and we’ll be in touch as places open up.
